• When you arrive, bring a yoga mat. For the first 30 minutes, entice adorable kittens with wand toys and other kitten favorites. Gain their trust with play time to earn their cuddles and affection.

• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything to make your relaxation space. Wear comfortable clothes.

• During the 45 min soundbath session let the vibrations and tones deeply resonate through your body. Some of the sounds may energize you, while others induce a calming, meditative state. Kittens will be free-roaming and naturally curious. If you are lucky kitten(s) may choose to lay or play with you during soundbath.🧘‍♀️

• End with 15 minutes of kitten play time.
